Title: Occupational Therapist
Unit: Therapeutic Services Inpatient Rehab
Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, 40 hours per week
13 week contract with option to extend
$41 - $43 Per Hour
This is a Level I Trauma and Teaching Hospital

Requirements:
BLS
Acute OT Experience is preferred, not required.
KY OT License
