Description
Jenkins Living Center's team members are given the opportunity to fulfill a greater purpose. We are seeking a candidate with a kind heart and a genuine motivation with the desire to care for others. The Jenkins Living Center Occupational Therapist is responsible to evaluate and develop treatment programs in collaboration with the physician for our residents and outpatients. The OT also supervises and directs the efforts of the Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant.
Patient engagement, skills training, discretion, interdisciplinary team skills, communication and documentation are essential elements of this role, dedicated to helping patients develop and improve their ability to complete everyday tasks related to their job and daily life.
