Top Skills You Should Possess:
- Active/unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in state of Minnesota
- Preferred experience in: Occupational/Employee Health, Emergency Room, Urgent Care, Primary Care, School Nursing, Corrections, or Family Practice type setting
- Preferred: knowledge of Workers' Compensation procedures
What You'll Be Doing:
- Nursing assessment, triage, treatment, and education for employee health concerns
- Provide wellness materials/information
- Administer first-aid
- Provide medical testing such as: blood glucose, blood pressure, cholesterol, vision and hearing screening and perform limited interpretation of tests
- Assist First Responders in medical emergencies
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Ability to work Monday M. Tu, Th 8am – 4pm, Wed 7am – 3pm, Fri 6:30am-2:30pm
- Active BLS/CPR
