Job Title: Occupational Hand Therapist
Job Type: Full-time (Mon-Fri; 40 hours per week. Open to further discussing workdays and schedule during interview. Part-time schedule also available.)
Job Location: 20 Mayo Road, Edgewater, MD (Anne Arundel County; outpatient clinic)
ResponsibilitiesOccupational Hand Therapist responsibilities include ...
- Assessing patients' strengths and weaknesses.
- Devising creative treatment plans for individuals suffering from injuries or muscle, nerve, joint, and bone diseases.
- Provide excellent 1:1 care for your patients, spending an average of 40 minutes with each person.
- Helping patients restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability.
- Encouraging patients along the road to recovery.
- Medical specialties at the clinic include orthopedics, and hand therapy.
- Adolescents and Adults outpatient caseload.
- MD Occupational Therapist License
- Excellent work ethic and dedication to patient success
- Basic computer skills
- CPR and first aid certification required
- CHT certification preferred OR CHT eligible (accumulated 4000 hours of hand therapy experience and 3 years of experience); No New Grads
- Must be familiar with treating CHT related dx
Salary Description
$77,000.00 - $100,000.00 (commensurate with experience)
