Form of work1) Heavy steel preferred over Automotive/Aerospace experience
2) Prefer candidates with heavy equipment experience, a. Construction equipment b. Mining equipment c. Off highway equipment
3) Weld knowledge of thick plate designs (.5 " to 6”)
4) Siemens NX with sketcher and routing experience.
5) Associates degree or better in engineering design related field from a U.S. institution.
6) Dynamic, fast pace, self-starter
7) Hydraulic/electrical routing experience a plus (ability to create designs from schematics)
Designer (1 st shift, US Citizen or authorized to work in the US), Two or Four year technical degree related to mechanical design. Modeling and detail drafting experience with large equipment, UG NX or related solid modeling experience required, thick plate weldment, hydraulic hose and tube routing experience, electrical routing experience a plus, stress and static calculations a plus. We would also accept a junior mechanical engineer willing to learn Siemens NX and able to work in a fast pace environment.
