Nutrition Assistant

The Nutrition Assistant compiles dietary information for patients of Island Health to be used by kitchen personnel in the preparation of all meals for hospital patients. Must demonstrate exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and have the ability to process diet orders.
Requirements:

• A minimum of one (1) year of experience in food service experience, with acute care hospital or institutional experience required.
