SalaryDirectly interact with patients and staff to meet the nutritional needs of patients. Ensure patients meal selection meets meal requirements. Work collaboratively to provide exceptional food and service to all patients.
Duties:
- Food preparation and clean-up.
- Assist with food selection.
- Help provide a safe and comfortable dining atmosphere.
- Ensure patient satisfaction via direct patient interaction.
- Maintain departmental policies and procedures of clinical care in accordance with regulatory agencies.
- Effectively communicate any concerns to appropriate staff.
- Is flexible in assuming other appropriate responsibilities; not noted above.
Experience:
- Education - HS diploma, 2-year nutrition or healthcare related degree preferred.
- 1 year in healthcare setting preferred.
