Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursing Manager/Director to lead our nursing team and ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care. Responsibilities and Duties:

Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required, Master's degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
2. Valid nursing license in the state of practice, with prior managerial experience.
3. Proven track record in nursing management or leadership roles, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
4. In-depth knowledge of nursing regulations, standards, and best practices.
5. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse nursing team.
6. Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
7. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
8. Proficient in using healthcare software, electronic medical records (EMRs), and other relevant technology.
9. Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, physicians, and senior management.
10. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively.
11. Knowledge of financial management and budgeting principles.
