Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Nursing Home Marketer to join our team in New York. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase awareness of our Nursing Home services, attract new residents, and maintain strong relationships with referring healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote our Nursing Home services, emphasizing the unique benefits and features of our facility.
Community Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers, hospitals, physicians, and community organizations to generate referrals and enhance our network.
Digital Marketing: Utilize online platforms and social media to enhance our digital presence and engage with potential residents and their families.
Event Coordination: Plan and execute events, both virtual and in-person, to showcase our facility, educate the community about our services, and foster connections with prospective residents and their families.
Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with admissions, healthcare professionals, and other internal teams to ensure a seamless transition for new residents and maintain open lines of communication.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and demographic shifts to adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in healthcare marketing, preferably in the senior care or Nursing Home industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
