About Quality Life Services - Sugarcreek
Our location in Worthington, PA is where it all started! QLS Sugarcreek is our landmark long-term care location. This building is beautifully remodeled and picturesque with lovely open grounds and a lake in a quiet area. This location has a mix of 114 skilled and 35 personal care beds.
Responsibilities
Ensuring quality and compassionate care of the residents
Review financial statements and monitor budgets and financial goals
Making financial and budgetary adjustments where necessary
Overseeing and managing facility leadership and staff, delegating responsibility and tasks as necessary
Ensure regulatory and policy compliance within the nursing facility
Monitor staffing needs and ensuring state requirements are met
Promoting a positive work environment and motivating staff to provide and exceptional experience for residents
Enforcing company and state policies and procedures and handling disciplinary action as necessary
Developing community reputation and relationship for staffing and census purposes
Requirements
Current Pennsylvania Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license
Working knowledge of state and federal regulations regarding the healthcare industry
Leadership experience in a healthcare environment
