We are looking for an experienced leader who can demonstrate a proven track record of success in managing healthcare operations. As a Nursing Home Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of both facilities, including ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, managing budgets, and leading a team of dedicated healthcare professionals.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field

· Valid Ohio Nursing Home Administrator license

· Minimum of 2 years of experience in Nursing Home management

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Knowledge of state and federal regulations for long-term care

Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per hour
