We are looking for someone with:
- A License in Nursing Home Administration
- A strong, experienced, and confident leadership style
- Prior experience in census development is a plus!
- With prior knowledge of operational and oversight functions within a long-term care community
- Experience with financials, hiring and overseeing directors, supervisors, consultants, and auxiliary personnel
- Knowledge of appropriate staffing requirements and confirming they are maintained daily
- Ability to serve as a liaison to the medical staff, and other professional and supervisory staff.
This position is ideal for a strong, experienced, and confident LNHA. We are looking for this person to establish and maintain operational and oversight functions within our community and overall create a positive environment.
