Salary***$100,000-$120,000 base salary plus industry leading bonus program. You must have an active Administrator license. Special preference given to administrators who have worked for Ensign, Cascadia or PACS. Cottonwood Healthcare owns 23 Skilled Nursing Facilities in Utah, Montana, and Nevada. We are looking for a highly motivated entrepreneur with a track record of turning around facilities and being highly successful clinically. Every facility is able to earn more than $100,000, with a bonus opportunity of $10,000 per month. Many leaders with Cottonwood earn between 10,000 and 15,000 in bonuses each month!
