Job Summary

As the Director of Operations, you will lead the charge in planning, organizing, and directing resources for one to two departments around the clock. This multifaceted role encompasses budget oversight, strategic resource utilization, talent recruitment, and efficient management of staff. Your impact will extend to achieving quality outcomes, driving performance improvement, and ensuring the seamless operation of services. Maintaining positive relationships with staff, system departments, and managers, as well as overseeing equipment procurement and maintenance, will be central to your success. Qualifications that Set You Apart

• Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in nursing
• The ideal candidate would need to have experience in L&D and NICU or L&D and Post Partum. Looking for a min of 5 Years of Experience in leadership and is comfortable with at least 1,000 deliveries per year.
• Preferred Education: Master's degree in nursing, Business, or a related field
• Minimum Experience: 5 years of experience in the discipline or specialty
• Preferred Experience: 3-5 years of progressively responsible management experience
• Required Certifications/Licensure: Possession of current Texas State License for Registered Nurse
• Preferred Certifications/Licensure: Desire for Specialty or Administration certification
• Required Courses/Completions: BLS obtained through an approved American Heart Association Training Center or the Military Training Network

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $93,247.61 - $120,150.84 per year
