Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- CNA/Nursing assistant/care giver experience.
- High school diploma (or equivalent) required
- Must maintain annual required competencies in the department
- Requires:
- Ability to read speak and write English
- Ability to work as a team member to meet department goals and objectives
- Ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy and precision under multiple demands
- Ability to work effectively under multiple demands and adjust priorities as circumstances required
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and be willing to work additional hours if needed
- Ability to demonstrate STARR behaviors and core values for Woodland Healthcare
- Current BLS certification required (must be certified through the American Heart Association
- Demonstrates ability to position move and transfer patients utilizing patient’s mobilization equipment and/or appropriate resources.
- Physical able to stand stoop and lift.
- Walks and stands at least 50% of the shift.
- Good manual dexterity and visual and auditory acuity.
Pay Range
$27.19 - $30.55 /hour
