We offer evening, and night shifts shift differential pay.

The Baptist Home in Independence, MO is seeking full-time CNAs, all shifts. Some weekends. Qualifications:

· Must be at least 18 years of age.

· High school diploma or GED.

· Completed and maintained state-approved CNA license.

· Must be physically and mentally able to perform the duties of the position.

· Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.

· Have sufficient organization, documentation, typing and computer skills.

· Must have a general understanding of the aging process and the changes associated with aging.

· Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities:

Provide basic patient care under direction of nursing staff. Perform duties such as feed, bathe, dress, groom or move patients, or change linens. May transfer or transport patients.
