Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Residential Care Job Overview:
- Come make a difference in our patients' lives so they can pursue their dreams, live their lives to the fullest, and be a valued member of the community!
- Assist with lifts and transfers
- Take vital signs
- Assist with meal feeding
- Clean personal care items, wheelchairs and closets
- Perform general home cleaning which may include, but not necessarily by limited to cleaning kitchen appliances, vacuuming, mopping, dusting and polishing furniture, laundry and emptying trash receptables.
- Observe, interact, and provide consumer care as directed by RNs
- Report changes in consumer behavior to RNs/LPNs
- Assist with activities of daily living
- Provide progress notes and documentation as required
- Perform other related work as assigned.
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Residential Care Job Qualifications:
- 1 year experience as a CNA
- CNA certification - Missouri
- CPR by the American Heart Association
- First Aid certification by the AHA
