Time Availability: 20 HR a week |40 HR a week (Upper Marlboro, MD) One on One Care

Responsibilities and duties:
- Assist clients with personal care, including dressing mobility, administering medication, personal hygiene, eating and transporting to doctor's appointments.
- Maintaining open communication between families and health care professionals regarding the client's medical and emotional condition.
- Ensure the highest client's safety and well-being.
- Transportation to and from doctor's appointments, dialysis, family visits, shopping excursions, and family vacations (must have their own car).
- Personal Hygiene, toileting, dressing and maintaining the appearance.
- Light housekeeping.
- Medication reminder.
- Take and record vital signs.
Experience:
- Healthcare, 1 Year (Preferred)
- LTC, 1 Year (Preferred)
Qualifications:
- Certified in CPR
- Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
- Licensed driver with an automobile that is insured*
- Current physical
- Positive and patient demeanor
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Your CDC card (COVID Vaccination)
- You will wear standard PPE (mask) and are asked to wash your hands frequently.
- Vaccinated team members should still wear masks as a precaution.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Standard shift:
- Day shift
- Night shift
Weekly schedule:
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Caregiving: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
- CPR Certification (Required)
