- Meet individually with CommonSpirit Health staff to determine skill level, clinical and leadership/management experience and education/training needs; Build relationships and provide ongoing, personalized support and encouragement to grow and transform careers within CommonSpirit Health
- Ability to recognize strengths and weaknesses in others and develop plans to aid others in personal and career growth; Considers experience and education of staff when recommending career paths
- Assists staff in planning strategic career moves and developing the necessary skills to be successful
- Guide participants through assessments and create an individualized career plan; Counsels others on ways and methods to strengthen their weaknesses, and develop new competencies and skills
- Assist with developing and optimizing resumes/curriculum vitaes (CVs) and cover letters; Assist with interview preparation and follow-up
- Building solid relationships with the nurse residents to help them achieve their career goals
- Review the Career Coaching program to help further develop it if any changes are needed once the career
- coaching program begins.
- Strong communication skills with nurse residents and the leadership team at Common Spirit.
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree and related experience in Human Resources, Social Work,
Psychology, Communications, Nursing or a field related to vocational development,
required; - Master’s degree in Career Counseling or related field, preferred
- Previous experience advising, mentorship and personal development, preferred
- Minimum three (3) years related work experience required;
Required Licensure and Certifications
- Certification as a Career Coach, preferred

- This role is fully remote. Must be technology savvy and able to operate effectivelyn a remote setting. Must be willing to work flexible hours (including evenings and
