Full Job Description

Focus Care is looking for providers to perform Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) of Medicare Advantage and Commercial members on health plans that we represent. The HRAs consist of a members’ medical history and physical evaluation that is performed in the member’s home.

• $50 PER ASSESSMENT COMPLETED
• Part Time- or Full-time hours available
• Scheduling done in house by call center team
• Malpractice provided

Pay: $50.00 per hour
