Seeking a Wound CareNurse Practitioner for:
- Wound care in skilled nursing facilities.
- Prescription management and treatments.
- Collaborating with care teams and physicians.
- Regular resident assessments.
- Managing wound risks and care protocols.
Requirements:
- NP license in Kentucky. (Required)
- Board Certification, DEA licensure.
- Wound care and long-term care experience.
- Proficiency in EMR.
- Expertise in managing complex conditions.
