Seeking a Part -Time or Full-Time Nurse Practitioner, for a successful and well-established Integrative/Functional Medicine Primary Care clinic in epic mountain biking, climbing and ski country!
We provide comprehensive Primary Care to our patients, layering functional/integrative therapeutics into our care to work on addressing root causes rather than just masking or treating symptoms. Typical days are built to provide more time with patients, with an average 12-15 pts per day. We schedule our providers to intentionally see fewer patients per day with longer visits so we can spend quality time and provide excellent care.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Unrestricted license
- Interested and willing to implement to functional/integrative medicine education and training.
- Teachable and humble, willing to expand current knowledge with ever-evolving evidenced-based medicine in internal medicine, Primary Care and integrative medicine (learning opportunities provided by clinic)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability and desire to work autonomously but enjoy working as a team
- Caring, motivated, teachable, and possessing a positive and humble and teachable attitude
Benefits:
- PT or FT (trending towards 10 hour shifts with 8 hours patient contact time and 1.5-2 hours admin time but willing to adjust/flex for right person)

Responsibilities:
- Manage full spectrum Primary care for private and Medicaid populations.
- Willing to learn how to order, interpret and managing advanced imaging and testing if not already in scope of practice (mentoring available)
- Be comfortable managing and prescribing and starting bio-identical hormones for menopausal care and men's health (mentoring available)
- Integrative + Conventional work-up/manage/treat of all aspects of Primary Care such as but not limited to women's health, men's health, mental health, pediatrics, autoimmune disorders (know how to screen for common autoimmune disorders), POTS, thyroid disorders, gut health, and all standard Primary Care problems. Willing to support learning in needed areas.
- Be willing to constantly learn and expand both your Primary Care and functional/integrative medical training
- Willing to participate in occasional patient outreach, patient educational blogs, and community education.

Requirements:
- Willing to consider New grads if they are passionate about Integrative/Holistic medicine as well as Primary Care, have had solid Primary Care rotations, and are willing to dedicate themselves to Medical Education. Must be willing to be mentored by supervising providers.
- Efficiency is essential, with strong documentation skills
- Self-directed, able to work independently, teachable, enthusiastic, flexible and joyful to be around is a huge plus!
Preferred candidates will have:
- 2+ years clinical experience in Primary Care or Internal Medicine.
- Holistic education and knowledge about supplements/nutrients/vitamins/nutrition to support different conditions
- Bioidentical hormone replacement experience and working with patients in menopause
