We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who is trained in working with orthopedic diseases. As Nurse Practitioner you will be able to diagnose and treat health conditions, and work to promote good health practices.
Responsibilities of a Nurse Practitioner:
- Provide comprehensive healthcare services and coordinate patient care
- Assessing and treating patients with orthopedic diseases and conditions
- Work closely with a team of healthcare professionals
- Assess, diagnose, and treat residents' physical and mental well-being
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history reviews and physical examinations
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Develop accurate diagnoses and treatment plans
- Prescribe medications and administer treatments
- Provide counseling to residents and their families
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for seamless coordination of care
- Manage chronic conditions and monitor progress
- Make appropriate adjustments to care plans
