Form of workThe Nurse Manager has twenty four hour accountability for the clinical and administrative leadership of the assigned patient care areas. The position assures the delivery of quality patient care and accomplishment of the goals and objectives of the UnityPoint Health - Meriter system. The Nurse Manager is responsible for the control, coordination and evaluation of human, material and fiscal resources in the assigned patient care area.
