UW Medical Center - Montlake has an outstanding opportunity for a Nurse Manager to join our Advanced Heart Failure (AHF) & Mechanical Circulatory Support (MCS) Programs team. The Nurse Manager will direct and supervise the day-to-day operations of the UWMC Advanced Heart Failure, and Mechanical Circulatory Support departments located at the UWMC Harris Hydraulics building, and manage the Heart Institute Clinic at Mountlake Terrace. Manages all aspects of the practice's daily operations. The department is staffed with experienced Nurses, Program Coordinators and Medical Assistants in a multidisciplinary setting to providing daily assessments and treatment plans for complex patient populations. The NURSE MANAGER supervises and mentors clinic staff in such a way to create effective teamwork, plans and implements programs to meet specific patient care needs; works to continually improve clinic operations and efficiency.

• 100% FTE, Full-time, 40-hours-per-week

• 80% UWMC-ML Harris Building & Heart Institute
• 20% Mountlake Terrace Clinic

REQUIREMENTS:
• Valid Washington State Registered Nurse (RN) Licensure
• At least 2 years of leadership experience
• At least 6 years of nursing experience
