We operate seven convenient locations throughout Reno and Sparks, providing comprehensive, top-quality medical services, dental and pediatric care, behavioral health, low-cost pharmacies, nourishing food pantries, and more.
Job Description: The Nurse Manager is tasked with ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the nursing staff under their supervision, which ranges from planning and evaluating systems, rotations, and methods to ensuring that individual patients are receiving quality care.

Education and Experience:
Minimum Qualifications
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Nevada.
- Basic CPR (BCLS) Certification required
- Experience working with a wide variety of patient populations, including patients living in poverty and individuals of minority groups.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Problems are solved with creativity and ingenuity.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Able to establish and maintain effective working relations and to work in a team environment.
- Able to organize, prioritize, and coordinate multiple activities and tasks
- Familiar with computers (i.e. Microsoft Office)
Preferred Qualifications
- BSN preferred
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare preferably in progressive supervisory roles
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Capacity to travel between sites for coverage as needed
