Nurse Educator

Must be an RN to qualify for this position.

Duties:
- Develop and deliver educational programs and materials to healthcare professionals and patients.
- Provide training and education on acute care, critical care, and home care topics.
- Create and implement training programs for adult learners in a variety of healthcare settings.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop educational content and materials.
- Utilize medical records and documentation to assess educational needs and track progress.
- Incorporate medical terminology and anatomy knowledge into educational materials.
- Educate healthcare professionals on best practices for patient care and treatment.

- Strong knowledge of acute care, critical care, and home care practices.
- Experience in adult education and training development.
- Proficient in medical records management and documentation.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and anatomy.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
