Responsibilities:
- Provide expert nursing consultation and support to healthcare facilities and organizations
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patient care practices and identify areas for improvement
-Support our medical professionals who provide medical opnions for various entities
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement evidence-based strategies to enhance patient outcomes
- Ensure compliance with medical documentation standards, including HIPAA regulations
- Educate healthcare professionals on best practices and current trends in patient care
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for nursing staff on various topics related to patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and assist in the development of policies and procedures
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a registered nurse, preferably in a critical care or hospital setting
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, and anatomy
- Familiarity with nursing home regulations and practices is a plus
- Experience in medical documentation and record keeping
- Paralegal experience or knowledge is beneficial
