We are growing our Family Caregiver Service department in Southern Colorado; looking for a passionate and driven Registered Nurse who can provide in-home direct care for medically fragile children and lead a team of LPN's and Parent CNA's.
What you'll be doing:- Create and maintain standards of nursing practice
- Assist with building the service line from the ground up in our southern region
- Split your week with in-home visits and leading a team of parent CNA's and LPN's.
- Work with physician offices and other departments to obtain supporting documentation
- Recording clinical and progress notes
- Coordinate other client care activities/services to provide the highest quality of client care
- Demonstrated experience with In Home Support Services, Family Caregiver, Parent Certified Nursing Assistant or similar programs
- Demonstrated understanding of administrative side of home care programs such as policies, processes, procedures, rules, regulations and laws
- Supervisory or management experience
- Passion for connecting families with services
- Bilingual Spanish Speaking (preferred)
- RN License in Colorado
- CPR certification and TB screening
