Nurse Aide Supervisor LPN Responsibilities:
- Train and monitor Nurse Aides
- Assist with interviewing and hiring
- Direct aides in the care of residents
- Responsible for Nurse Aide scheduling
- Primarily responsible for carrying out the administrative & patient care duties of the Nurse Aide department.
Nurse Aide Supervisor LPN Qualifications:
- Prefer experience at least 2 yrs experience in a long-term care facility as an LPN
- Must possess Leadership skills
- Ability to train adults. Must be certified as an LPN
