Nuclear Medicine Technologist

```Job Summary```
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team. As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures using radioactive materials and specialized equipment. Your expertise will contribute to accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans for our patients.

```Responsibilities```
- Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals to patients
- Operate imaging equipment to perform scans and capture images
- Monitor patients during procedures to ensure their safety and comfort
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to interpret imaging results
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Adhere to radiation safety protocols and maintain aseptic technique
- Perform quality control checks on equipment and troubleshoot any issues
- Stay current with advancements in Nuclear Medicine technology and techniques

```Requirements```
- Bachelor's degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology or related field
- Current certification as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT)
- Knowledge of anatomy, medical imaging, and diagnostic evaluation
- Proficiency in performing various Nuclear Medicine procedures such as CT, PET scans, X-rays, etc.
- Experience working in cardiovascular specialty is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.18 - $42.37 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
