Boston Government Services is seeking a Nuclear Maintenance Program Subject Matter Expert to join our team.

Responsibilities:
- Provide highly specialized guidance and knowledge, and in-depth experience in the development, implementation, and management of Nuclear Maintenance Programs supporting U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) nuclear facilities.
- Perform integration of the best industry practices and risk reduction in developing and implementing Nuclear Maintenance Program documentation compliant with DOE regulatory requirements.
- Provide very high-level expertise in providing functional and technical support to top-level management.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- A minimum education of a bachelor’s degree.
- A minimum of 20 years of relevant experience.
- Experience baselining existing Maintenance Programs and performing gap analyses to determine required actions to upgrade Maintenance Programs for compliance with DOE Order 433.1B.
- Must possess job knowledge and skills that enable identification, evaluation, and control of complex Nuclear Maintenance Program issues.
- Must be knowledgeable of regulatory and programmatic requirements contained in with DOE Order 433.1B, Maintenance Management Program for DOE Nuclear Facilities, and DOE G 433.1-1A, Nuclear Facility Maintenance Management Program Guide.
- Successful drug screening.
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a security or clearance badge.
