Job Description: Delaware Resource Group is currently seeking Maintenance Training Instructors and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to support U.S. Navy training systems (pending award). *This is a REMOTE position*. All candidates must have reliable digital networking capabilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Provides high level subject Matter Expertise for required subject areas.- Provides advanced technical knowledge and analysis of highly specialized applications and operational environment, high-level functional systems analysis, design, integration, documentation, training, and implementation advice on complex problems which require doctorate level knowledge of the subject matter for effective implementation.
- Applies principles, methods, and knowledge of specific functional areas of expertise to specific task order requirements.
- Provides advice on esoteric problems which require extensive knowledge of the subject matter.
- Designs and prepares technical reports, studies, and related documentation, makes charts and graphs to record results, prepares and delivers presentations, training, and briefings as required by the task order.
- May be required to lead team in execution of daily duties.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Tech III:
- Eight or more years operational experience in maintenance.
- Technical expertise and experience in the aircraft platform for which courseware is being developed is not required but may be replaced with expertise and experience in another aircraft platform at the discretion of the project manager.
- Will have O-Level or I-Level experience as defined by the project manager.
- Knowledge or experience with U.S. Navy Training Methodologies.
- Will be current within 3 years of modern technology for rated platform and/or have equivalent current skills closely aligned with the specified rating/skill on the platform.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite, including MS Windows, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Good verbal and written communications skills and ability to describe technical aircraft knowledge subject matter into instructional dialogue.
- Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- May lead and direct the work of others.
Tech II:
- Four or more years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Technical knowledge and experience in the aircraft platform for which courseware is being developed is not required but may be replaced with expertise and experience in another aircraft platform at the discretion of the project manager.
- Will have O-Level or I-Level experience as defined by the project manager.
- Knowledge or experience with U.S. Navy Training Methodologies.
- Will be current within 3 years of modern technology for rated platform and/or have equivalent current skills closely aligned with the specified rating/skill on the platform.

- May report to a supervisor or manager.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
- As required.
Security Responsibilities:
- Secret level DoD Security Clearance required.
- Compliance with all company Information Systems security policies and procedures.
