A Personal Injury Law Firm is a Personal Injury law firm located in Phoenix, AZ (Biltmore area). The firm focuses on motor vehicle accidents and wrongful death cases, and is seeking a full-time Litigation Attorney.Qualifications, Responsibilities, Skills/Requirements:

Handle all litigation aspects of a Personal Injury case that is not settled in pre-litigation
Skills/Requirements:

- Must be a licensed Arizona attorney in good standing with the Arizona State Bar
- Knowledge of Arizona court rules and procedures
- Knowledge in drafting pleadings and motions, and propounding discovery
- Knowledge in preparing for and conducting depositions, court hearings, ADR, settlement conferences, arbitrations, mediations, and trials
- Experience with negotiations
Responsibilities:
Handle all litigation aspects of a Personal Injury case that is not settled in pre-litigation
Skills/Requirements:
- Excellent organization skills, with a high attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Strong ability to simultaneously work on multiple tasks, with ability to function in a fast pace, independent work environment
- Strong time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks and timely meet strict deadlines

- Effective planning and execution ability
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
