Responsibilities: - Perform notarial acts, including acknowledgments, oaths, affirmations, and jurats - Verify the identity of individuals signing documents - Ensure the legality and authenticity of documents - Maintain accurate records of notarial acts performed - Provide exceptional customer service to clients - Answer client inquiries and provide information about notary services - Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion Skills: - Excellent sales and customer service skills to effectively interact with clients - Proficiency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal, to communicate with a diverse clientele - Strong data entry skills to accurately record notarial acts - Ability to make outbound calls to schedule appointments and follow up with clients - Upselling skills to promote additional services offered by the Notary Public - Multilingual abilities are a plus for serving a wider range of clients - Analytical skills to review documents for accuracy and completeness - Effective communication skills to explain notarial processes and requirements to clients Note: This job description does not include any contact information.
