```Duties```
- Perform notarial acts, including acknowledging signatures, administering oaths, and affirming the authenticity of documents
- Verify the identity of individuals signing documents
- Maintain accurate records of notarial acts performed
- Provide excellent customer service to clients seeking notary services
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding notary services
- Analyze documents to ensure they meet the requirements for notarization
- Assist clients with completing necessary paperwork
```Requirements```
- Must be a licensed Notary Public in the state of Louisiana and Parish of Orleans
- Fluent in English and Spanish (multilingual skills preferred)
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide a positive experience for clients
- Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze documents accurately
- Bilingual skills (English and Spanish) are highly desirable
- Experience in sales or upselling is a plus
- Ability to perform outbound calling to potential clients
