You will work Monday - Friday, 9 am-5 pm with occasional overtime and overnight travel as needed.

As the Nonprofit Executive Director, you will play a pivotal role in supporting programmatic leadership and driving the success of our organization. You will be responsible for building strong and meaningful relationships with stakeholders, including community members, funders, and partners. Your exceptional communication skills will allow you to effectively articulate the vision, mission, and impact of our organization to these key stakeholders. By showcasing the value and importance of our work, you will attract and secure new funding opportunities, enabling us to expand our reach and make an even greater impact in the lives of individuals with disabilities and their families.

• Bachelor's degree
• Leadership skills

A master's degree is preferred but not required.

ABOUT US

Easterseals Central Texas began in 1937 as the Texas Society for Crippled Children. In 1949, a small building was dedicated as the Austin Cerebral Palsy Center serving a small population of Central Texas residents. Almost twenty years later, we became the Capital Area Rehabilitation Center, expanding our services and those served. Today, our mission is to change the way the world defines and views disabilities by making profound, positive differences in people's everyday lives.
