Participate in the research and development of game NPC projects driven by large models. 2. Participate in the optimization of AI Agents algorithms and basic frameworks. 3. Participate in the training and deployment of basic large models. 4. Participate in improving the data path, complete data enrichment, cleaning, and the construction of training/testing sets. Requirements:
1. Pursuing a master's or doctoral degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or related majors, master's degree or above. 2. Proficient in Python, with a solid programming foundation. 3. Proficient in NLP text processing, data processing, and common NLP model principles and practice (Transformer, Bert, GPT, etc.). 4. Bonus points for experience in prompt engineering and Agents development. 5. Bonus points for experience in large model training projects (including pre-training, SFT, RLHF). 6. Priority will be given to those with experience in search engine/relevance model development. 7. Preference will be given to those who have published papers in top-tier conferences (ACL, EMNLP, NAACL, COLING, AAAI, etc.). 8. Long-term interns are preferred. The base pay range for this position in California is $24.84 to $57.69 per hour. Actual pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on payment, relocation package, and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as other medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the specific position offered.
