We are building the next generation of Chatbot leveraging NVIDIA's largest language model. The team is looking for candidates with a strong understanding of machine learning including NLP, deep learning (e.g. transformers), and reinforcement learning. Hands-on experience working with deep learning frameworks PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, or similar. Ideally, candidates have research publications related to NLP and deep learning.
What you'll be doing:
- Working with researchers and engineers to experiment with Large Language Models (LLMs) for optimizing Chatbots.
- Exploring state-of-the-art deep learning and NLP techniques.
- Building a real AI product by taking advantage of NVIDIA AI solutions and GPUs.
- Writing a research paper based on your internship project.
What we need to see:
- Pursuing a MA/MS or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
- Knowledge of NLP and deep learning techniques.
- Proven Python and deep learning programming skills using Pytorch, TensorFlow, Keras, or similar.
- You are very extremely motivated, highly innovative, and curious about new technologies.
- Ability to think independently and handle your research & development efforts.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
- Track record of publishing in NLP / AI related conferences, or patenting innovations.
- Experience working with Large Language Models.
- Pursuing a PhD focused on AI/ML research

The hourly rate for our interns is 19 USD - 93 USD. Our internship hourly rates are a standard pay determined based on the position and your location, year in school, degree, and experience.
