Responsibilities:
- Collaboratively work with our team of Personal Injury attorneys and paralegals to manage all case phases, from initial consultations to settlement discussions.
- Conduct thorough client interviews, collect critical documents and evidence, and maintain well-organized case files.
- Perform detailed legal research, analyzing case laws, statutes, and regulations to achieve the best outcomes for our clients.
- Prepare and review key legal documents, manage large volumes of case files, and keep them meticulously organized.
- Coordinate depositions, mediations, and hearings, ensuring efficient case progression and maintaining clear communication with all parties involved.
- Manage court filings efficiently and accurately.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and ensuring timely completion of all necessary documentation.
- Support attorneys in trial preparation, including organizing trial binders and exhibits.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of paralegal experience in litigation, with a preference for those knowledgeable in Personal Injury law.
- Familiarity with New Jersey court filing procedures is essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional skills in communication, attention to detail, time management, and organization.
- Experience with case management systems such as Litify or Salesforce is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of the Spanish language is a plus but not mandatory.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
