Night Shift Guest Services Associate

We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer service-oriented individual to join our team for our 3rd shift night position. The general work schedule entails Wednesday through Sunday, with weekends being mandatory and other days subject to fluctuation based on business requirements, typically amounting to 30-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safety and security of the hotel premises and guests by vigilantly monitoring for trespassers and unregistered guests, while maintaining a quiet atmosphere in all public areas to ensure guest comfort.
• Extend a warm and welcoming greeting to guests upon arrival, and efficiently handle their registration process.
• Prepare and arrange guest breakfast service.
• Organize housekeeping supplies for the following morning.
• Handle all incoming calls promptly and assist guests with their inquiries in a friendly and knowledgeable manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the lobby and front desk area.
• Actively promote hotel services and amenities to enhance guest experience.
• Process guest payments accurately, balance the register, and complete night audit paperwork as per established procedures.
• Execute any additional tasks delegated by the Manager.
• Promptly communicate any guest concerns or issues to the Manager for resolution.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to maintain composure and professionalism during challenging situations.
• Knowledge of basic computer operations and proficiency in relevant software applications.
