We're seeking a driven Logistics Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in maintaining client trust and satisfaction. This versatile position offers a dynamic environment and diverse responsibilities, ensuring no two days are the same!
Responsibilities:
Be a Team Player: Collaborate effectively with colleagues and cover alternate shifts when needed.
Become a Night Owl (or Early Bird!): We need team members who can thrive in our 24/7 environment. Be prepared for various shifts, including nights, weekends, and overnights. Training occurs during weekdays.
Communication Ace: Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
Logistics Leader: Manage inbound and outbound shipments, recruit new drivers, and navigate warehouse operations with ease.
Tech-Savvy: Utilize computer systems efficiently to meet client expectations and respond promptly to calls and emails.
Problem-Solver: Approach challenges with creativity and find solutions that ensure smooth operations.
Inventory Master: Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records.
Safety First: Actively participate in safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
Customer Advocate: Keep all customers informed with delivery updates and address inquiries promptly.
Warehouse Management: Assist with various warehouse tasks and verify incoming shipments.
Self-Starter: Take initiative and demonstrate strong judgment in your work.
Qualifications:
-Experience in logistics or dispatch coordination (preferred)
-Strong organizational, time management, and customer service skills
-Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
-Adaptable and flexible with scheduling (24/7 operation)
-Self-motivated and initiative-driven
-Possesses good judgment
