We are looking to add night auditor to our staff at Tru by Hilton Oxford. Night Audit Shifts begin at 11 pm and end at 7 am. Basic job duties include learning our computer system, abiding by Hilton Brand Standards, interacting with guests, solving guest issues, checking guests in/out of our system, cleaning the lobby and public restrooms, and breakfast set. - 3 to 4 shifts per week
- Overnight availability is a requirement 11pm - 7am
- Check in guests, answer phones and take reservations
- Respond to guest complaints, requests and emergencies
- Balance the cash drawer and log receipts
- Investigate and resolve out-of-balance accounts
- Keep accurate financial records and ledgers
- Help prepare for forecasts and audits
- Checking in guests and handling their overnight requests
- Handling account reconciliation
- Complete all end of day tasks
- Computer knowledge is a must
- Weekend availability for shifts
- Maintain cleanliness of lobby and public restrooms.
- Assist with breakfast set-up
