Night Auditor/Front Desk Clerk

Job Summary

We are currently hiring for the position of Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor. We are looking for a fun, energetic person to join our team. We need someone who will be honest, hardworking, and reliable. If this sounds like you, then stop by and fill out an application!

Schedule

Our schedules are fixed. You will pretty much be working the same schedule every week. The following days/shifts are what is available at this time. You will be guaranteed at least four days every week.

- Tuesdays: 3pm to 11pm

- Wednesdays: 3pm to 11pm

- Every other Thursday: 3pm to 11pm (alternate weeks 12pm to 8pm)

- Friday: 11pm to 7am

- Possible Saturday: 11pm to 7am

Responsibilities and Duties

- Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments

- Greet guests of the hotel and strive to accommodate their needs

- Create individual reservations using specific information provided by the guest

- Check guests in and out in a kind and friendly manner

- Process closing day paperwork and total receipts

- Count sundry shop inventory

Qualifications and Skills

- At least two (2) years of customer service experience

- Night Audit experience is a plus

- OPERA Cloud experience is HUGE plus

- Fluent in English

- Computer Literate

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
