```Duties```
- Develop and implement engaging activities and programs for residents in an assisted living and memory care community
- Plan and coordinate a variety of recreational, social, and educational activities to enhance the quality of life for residents
- Assess individual resident needs and preferences to create personalized activity plans
- Facilitate group activities such as exercise classes, arts and crafts, games, and outings
- Provide one-on-one support and assistance to residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a comprehensive approach to resident care
- Maintain accurate records of resident participation and progress
```Requirements```
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in event planning or organizing social activities
- Knowledge of aging issues, dementia care, and senior care best practices
- Ability to effectively manage schedules and prioritize tasks
- Understanding of the physical, emotional, and cognitive needs of older adults
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with residents, families, and staff members
- Degree in social work or a related field is preferred but not required
