```Duties```
- Perform night audit functions to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial transactions
- Verify and balance daily guest accounts and charges
- Prepare and distribute daily reports to management and other departments
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with front desk operations as needed, including check-ins and check-outs
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
```Experience```
- Previous experience in night audit or front desk operations preferred
- Familiarity with phone systems and hotel management software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
- Knowledge of guest relations and providing exceptional customer service
