Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor

You MUST be able to work overnights. 11pm to 7am.
This might start out with you working overnights, and evolve into more day shifts as time goes on.

The right person should understand that they will be required to work mornings, evenings, as well as overnights on very rare occasions, and holidays.

Knowledge of Choice software for choice hotels is a huge bonus.

Training will be provided.

Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor

Duties:
- Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
- Answer phone calls and assist guests with inquiries or requests
- Handle guest complaints or issues and escalate as necessary
- Process guest payments and maintain accurate records
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
- Perform night audit duties, including reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports
- Ensure security of the premises by monitoring surveillance cameras and controlling access

- Set up breakfast for the morning

Skills:
- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Knowledge of hotel operations, Front Desk procedures, and hospitality management
- Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and tact
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus, especially if fluent in languages commonly spoken by guests
- Familiarity with night audit processes and procedures
- Proficiency in using phone systems, reservation software, and other Front Desk tools
