Night Auditor (Part Time)

This job is for someone who can work 2 over night shift which is 11pm to 7am on friday and Sat and help out on other shift 1st or 2nd shift 1 or more days a week. Looking to work 16 to 32 hour range. Can discuss more in the interview!

Responsibilities:
- Perform night audit duties, including reviewing and reconciling guest accounts, charges, and payments.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
- Assist with front desk duties, such as answering phone calls, making reservations, and providing information about hotel services and amenities.
- Ensure the safety and security of the hotel by monitoring surveillance cameras and reporting any suspicious activities.
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a smooth operation during the night shift.

Skills:
- Excellent guest relations skills with a strong focus on providing exceptional hospitality.
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality industry is preferred.
- Proficient in phone etiquette and customer service.
- Knowledge of night audit procedures and front desk operations.
- Familiarity with hotel management software systems for reservations and check-ins/check-outs.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address guest concerns or issues effectively.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in recordkeeping and financial transactions.
