Renaissance Milwaukee West, AAA Four Diamond premium distinctive hotel is seeking an experienced Night Audit Supervisor. Role Summary:
- Assist guests efficiently, courteously, and professionally in Front Desk related functions. Maintain high standards of service and hospitality.
Responsibilities:
- Reconcile and complete all daily Front Desk transactions.
- Run various Night Audit reports, including trial balance, to post rooms and close day.
- Run accounts receivable reports.
- Provide next day reports for Front Office, Housekeeping, Sales, and Executive Office as required.
- Respond to service and safety issues reported during shift; provide recommendations to avoid repeated issues.
- Collaborate closely with Loss Prevention related to incidents and accidents.
- Check guests in and/or out.
- Operate telephone lines; assist guests and route calls accordingly.
- Carry out any reasonable request by Management, which is capable of being performed.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Night Audit experience preferred.
- Supervisory experience, preferably in full-service hotel.
- Marriott experience a plus.
- Ability to work Night Audit shift, 11:00pm-7:00am.
- Flexible availability required, including weekends.
Compensation:
- The starting hourly pay for this position is $18.00, depending on experience.
