Overnight Night Audit Supervisor

Job Summary:
Audits, balances, and reports on the various areas of the hotel (e.g., food and

beverage, rooms, front desk, gift shop, etc.) to provide accurate and timely financial information on the hotel’s operational performance for the day. Oversees front office/front desk operations during the overnight shift. Also performs Front Desk Agent tasks during night shift.

Duties:
- Perform Night Audit procedures to reconcile daily hotel revenue and expenses
- Verify the accuracy of guest accounts by reviewing charges and credits
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the overnight shift
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
- Assist with front desk duties, including answering phone calls, making reservations, and responding to guest requests
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Follow all hotel policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards

Skills:
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred. Specifically in FOSSE
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using hotel management software systems
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of Night Audit procedures is an asset
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and professional communication
